I’m plus-sized with big boobs & tried the bra from Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS – it was super painful to wear

KIM Kardashian’s new SKIMS scoop neck bra is marketed as ‘fits everybody’ but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

While the range is available in XXS to 4X, this review questions the comfort for plus-sized women.

TikTok account Free Label posted a review of the SKIMS scoop neck bra in 2X.

Free Label TikToker Dani reviewed the Kim’s $32 bra, which she branded “not the best.”

Modelling the bra, she said: “Not too bad with cup coverage. The straps are quite snug on the top portion and there’s not really a lot of coverage in the side, as well as in the back.”

Dani was not impressed with the lack of support the bra provided.

“The straps are super digging into my shoulders. It’s very uncomfortable and very painful,” she said.

She continued: “Even with some adjustment, because I need that support from a strap, they’re rolling. I much prefer a wider strap to give me more support.”

Dani also commented on the quality of the fabric, saying it “feels very synthetic and quite fragile.”

She said the bra was “quite sheer as well, especially for the price point.”

Overall, Dani said the bra was uncomfortable and “needs a lot more adjustments than I thought.”

The comments section was divided on the practicality of the SKIMS brand.

One user wrote: “The skims bra is definitely not for support.”

Another viewer agreed: “The skims shape wear is the best shape wear I have, but it doesn’t support my boobs at all & the straps dig in my shoulders!!!”

A third comment suggested Dani try a different size in the SKIMS line: “When you order from SKIMS, people usually go a size or 2 up because of the material they make their stuff with.”
