Kering Eyewear has acquired the Danish eyewear brand Lindberg. The French luxury giant’s eyewear division and the Lindberg family have signed a contract for Kering eyewear to purchase a 100% stake in a Danish luxury producer. Lindberg was founded in Denmark in 1969 by Poul-Jørn Lindberg as an optician and became a multinational corporation thanks to Poul-Jørn’s son Henrik.
