The actresses, who starred within the hit CW sequence as Peyton, Haley and Brooke, respectively, launched the podcast in June 2021 to recap all 187 episodes and share their experiences from filming in Wilmington, North Carolina.
“I’ve not seen something since I left, and I by no means noticed the final three seasons,” Burton, who exited the sequence on the finish of season 6 in 2009, stated throughout the “Drama Queens” premiere episode. “Frankly, I’m nervous about rewatching as a result of, it’s like, I do know it’s gonna be painful to observe myself discover ways to act on digicam.”
Bush echoed her ideas, adding that landing a main role on the present with little or no prior performing expertise was “form of like being pushed off a cliff and making an attempt to get our skydiving backpack on on the identical time.” She added, “It’s a marvel none of us is useless!”

The present’s creator, Mark Schwahn, was accused of sexual misconduct in 2017 — claims that have been backed up by Bush, Burton, Lenz and 15 other costars on the show. He by no means responded to the allegations they usually have but to call him on the podcast.
