Motorola started the year with its premium foldable smartphone Razr followed by Motorola One Fusion+ with a popup selfie camera. It seems that the company is now planning to launch some mid-range smartphones. Now, we have already reported that the Moto E7 smartphone has been spotted on US FCC certification website. New details of the smartphone have surfaced online in the form of high-quality official render images posted by @evleaks. The tipster has also posted the images of the upcoming Moto G9 smartphone.
By the looks of the images posted by the tipster and considering his track record, the official leaked images seem to be pretty accurate and legit. From what we can see in the render images of the Moto E7, the smartphone will get a square-looking camera bump, which is the story of almost every other 2020 smartphone. The camera module is placed at the top center of the smartphone and it houses dual-rear camera setup along with an LED flash. The images also make it clear that Motorola is not planning to ditch the good old 3.5mm audio jack which is placed on the top of the smartphone. There’s also a circular cutout for Motorola logo that we assume will also double up as the fingerprint scanner.
At the front, the alleged Moto E7 is expected to feature a v-shape notch that houses the front camera sensor in it. Also, the right-side of the phone has a couple of buttons for power, volume rocker and an additional key that might be the dedicated Google Assistant button.
The Moto G9 Plus, which will succeed the Moto G8 Plus launched last year, seems to have received a major overhaul in terms of design. For starters, the phone now gets a massive camera bump with 64MP quad camera setup and LED flash. The back of the phone is done in bronze looking colour which looks like a matte finish design.
Another noticeable change here is the side-mounted fingerprint scanner that will double up as the power button as well.
