The meeting was co-chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Uzbek and Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Sardor Umurzakov and Pakistan’s Prime Minister Abdul Razak Huawood’s Commercial Advisor.

According to media reports in Pakistan, the two countries have agreed that the cross-Afghanistan corridor connecting the two countries will play an important role in strengthening bilateral trade between the two countries.

The two parties have agreed to deepen their partnership in the field of industrial cooperation, including forming joint ventures in the fields of textile industry, assembly of agricultural machinery, processing and packaging of fruit and vegetable products.
