Piyush Sahdev gets first Ekta Kapoor show in 18 years of his TV career

Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2, which airs on Sony Entertainment Television, features the romantic pair of Ram and Priya, fondly addressed by fans as #RaYa.

Now, makers of the show have roped in television actor Piyush Sahdev, who is seen portraying the role of Priya’s long-lost college friend, Krish. Interestingly, this is Piyush’s first TV show with Balaji Telefilms.

Piyush says, “This is a very interesting role and it’s my first show with Ekta Kapoor in my 18-year career and my second with Sony TV. I’m grateful to her for this opportunity and ecstatic to become a part of such a marquee show. Nakuul and Disha and the rest of the cast are very welcoming and it’s great to work with them. Our director knows his way around how to get the best out of an actor.”
