The FCC investigation kicked off in December final 12 months, after a 12-hour outage on June 15, 2020, led to congestion throughout the provider’s 4G, 3G and 2G networks, inflicting what the FCC said was “the whole failure of greater than 23,000 911 calls.” Over 23,000 911 calls had been additionally recorded with out location data, and greater than 20,000 911 calls with out callback data.
