Tamar Braxton says her car was broken into and ransacked

Tamar Braxton said in a series of posts via Instagram on Monday that her car was broken into and ransacked while she was parked in the garage of her home in Atlanta.

The 46-year-old singer shared a series of security clips showing a group of men aggressively prowling through a vehicle in an underground parking garage.

She wrote in the caption, “I got robbed. At home. I’m not safe anywhere. I don’t know why I keep getting violated.’

The All the Way Home singer said she kept some valuables in her car at the time of the robbery.

“I had a lot in my car because I don’t live anywhere because I’m not safe anywhere or from anyone,” Braxton said.

She followed this up in a series of posts on Instagram Stories, saying: ‘Yes, I’m not okay. Not at all…but I’m doing well, and that’s what matters.”

The Love and War artist vented her frustration over the lack of response or response to the crime.

She said the robbers had half an hour to rummage through her belongings without outside intervention.

“They robbed me of thirty minutes with all this [surveillance] in one of the most expensive buildings in Atlanta…nobody did nothing!!!’ she said, adding shrugs and broken heart emojis.

Tamar, the younger sister of R&B leading man Toni Braxton, said she felt unsafe based on the items the robbers made off with.

‘Why are they taking my garage good openers? I feel like they are following me and my Bently Key… where can I go??? Nowhere? And trust whooooooooo?? I hate it here, OMG,” Braxton said.

It was not immediately clear whether Braxton notified authorities of the theft.

The Crazy Kind of Love singer sang the national anthem at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta on Sunday before the NFL game between the Atlanta Falcons and Green Bay Packers.
