As Tibrewal entered a lane close to Jadubabur Bazar in the course of the day, a bunch of TMC supporters, which stood close by, shouted ‘Jai Bangla’ and ‘Mamata Banerjee Zindabad‘.
“I can’t succumb to such intimidation and proceed to voice the issues folks face underneath the TMC’s terror regime in West Bengal,” she acknowledged.
Rejecting her allegation, West Bengal minister and senior TMC chief Firhad Hakim stated that Tibrewal was “staging a drama” having understood that the BJP has no help base within the constituency.
“Priyanka is attempting to instigate TMC employees within the space… I’ve requested them to train restraint,” Hakim added.
