A 22-year-old youth was arrested for allegedly stealing a person’s cell phone after which blackmailing his lady buddy to extort cash from her, the police stated.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (North-West) Vijayanta Arya stated that the accused has been recognized as Junaid, a resident of Bharatpur and cell phone together with 4 SIM playing cards have been recovered from his possession.
